  • Minimally Invasive and Robotic-Assisted Neurosurgery
  • Spine and Peripheral Nerve Surgery
  • Deep Brain Stimulation and Neurostimulation Devices
  • Brain Tumors: Neurosurgical and Oncological Approaches
  • Neurovascular Surgery and Endovascular Techniques
  • Functional Neurosurgery and Neuromodulation

Recent advancements in Neurosurgery have significantly improved the precision, safety, and outcomes of surgical interventions for Neurological disorders. This session will explore cutting-edge Neurosurgical Techniques, including Minimally Invasive and Robotic-Assisted Neurosurgery, and Stereotactic Surgery, which have transformed the management of conditions such as Brain Tumors, Epilepsy, Cerebrovascular Disorders, Spinal Cord Injuries, and Movement Disorders like Parkinson’s Disease. Innovations in Intraoperative Imaging, 3D Navigation, Augmented Reality (AR), and Robotics are enhancing surgical accuracy while reducing complications and recovery time.

A key focus will be on Functional Neurosurgery, particularly Deep Brain Stimulation and Neurostimulation Devices, Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), and Neuroprosthetics, which are revolutionizing the treatment of Neuromuscular Disorders, Chronic Pain, and Neurodegenerative Diseases. Additionally, breakthroughs in Brain Tumors: Neurosurgical and Oncological Approaches will be highlighted, including Tumor-Treating Fields (TTF), Fluorescence-Guided Surgery, and Genetically Engineered Cell Therapies for brain tumor management. Discussions will also cover the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Real-Time Monitoring Systems in optimizing surgical planning and post-operative care.

As Neurosurgery continues to evolve, challenges such as Surgical Accessibility, Ethical Considerations, and Long-Term Patient Outcomes remain critical areas of discussion. This session will bring together Neurosurgeons, Biomedical Engineers, and Researchers to explore the future of Surgical innovation and its impact on improving patient care in Neurology.
