Zuliana Binti Bacho is a sports science researcher and lecturer specializing in exercise prescription, stroke rehabilitation, and workplace wellness. She holds an MSc in Sports Science and is currently finalizing her PhD in Sports Science at Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
